Dear guest , please note the following conditions of the contract are .
We , Michael and Tina Mueller , Flensburg Str 28 , 10557 Berlin are the owner and lessor of the holiday home ' sea breeze ' , Baltic Sea Rugen / House 2 (formerly cottage settlement 35) in 18551 Glowe / Rügen.
1 booking and booking confirmation
With your (online) booking offer concluding an accommodation binding contract , in which you bind to your offer to acceptance or rejection . The contract is finally concluded only by the payment of the earnest . The deposit and final payment are stated in the contract . Does the deposit is not up to the agreed date the landlord one , it may , without further notice and without being liable to pay , rent the house otherwise .

The disclosed payments are to be made at fixed intervals : 20 % of the total 14 days after booking - the balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival . 3 In addition to cost
The additional costs for water, gas and electricity are not included in the rental price , unless they are expressly stated in the agreement . 4 conditions, and notices
4.1 The contract covers that have been made the object posted with all accessories. 5 liability and obligations
5.1 You shall be liable in full for any damage caused to the property and on the property or its other facilities .
